Smart campaign statuses provide information about the current state of a campaign.
Statuses indicate whether a campaign is active, paused, pending approval, or ended.

Enums
`ELIGIBLE`	The campaign is eligible to serve.
`ENDED`	The campaign has ended.
`NOT_ELIGIBLE`	The campaign is not eligible to serve and has issues that may require intervention.
`PAUSED`	The campaign was paused.
`PENDING`	The campaign is pending the approval of at least one ad.
`REMOVED`	The campaign has been removed.
`UNKNOWN`	The received value is not known in this version. This is a response-only value.
`UNSPECIFIED`	The status has not been specified.
