Method: projects.assets.move

  • This documentation describes how to move an asset using an HTTP POST request.

  • The HTTP request uses the path parameter sourceName to specify the asset to move and requires earthengine.assets.delete IAM permission on it.

  • The request body requires a destinationName field, which specifies the new location for the asset and requires earthengine.assets.create IAM permission on it.

  • A successful response returns an instance of EarthEngineAsset.

  • Authorization requires specific OAuth scopes, including https://www.googleapis.com/auth/earthengine or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform.
