Page Summary

Customer accounts have several possible statuses, including UNSPECIFIED, UNKNOWN, ENABLED, CANCELED, SUSPENDED, and CLOSED.
ENABLED accounts are active and can serve ads.
CANCELED accounts are inactive but can be reactivated by an admin.
SUSPENDED accounts are inactive and can only be reactivated by Google support.
CLOSED accounts are permanently inactive and cannot be reopened, including test accounts.

Possible statuses of a customer.

Enums
`CANCELED`	Indicates a canceled account unable to serve ads. Can be reactivated by an admin user.
`CLOSED`	Indicates a closed account unable to serve ads. Test account will also have CLOSED status. Status is permanent and may not be reopened.
`ENABLED`	Indicates an active account able to serve ads.
`SUSPENDED`	Indicates a suspended account unable to serve ads. May only be activated by Google support.
`UNKNOWN`	Used for return value only. Represents value unknown in this version.
`UNSPECIFIED`	Not specified.
