This document describes the possible statuses of an AdGroupAd.
AdGroupAd statuses include UNSPECIFIED, UNKNOWN, ENABLED, PAUSED, and REMOVED.
ENABLED indicates the ad is active, PAUSED means it is temporarily inactive, and REMOVED means it has been deleted.

`ENABLED`	The ad group ad is enabled.
`PAUSED`	The ad group ad is paused.
`REMOVED`	The ad group ad is removed.
`UNKNOWN`	The received value is not known in this version. This is a response-only value.
`UNSPECIFIED`	No value has been specified.
