В процессе обновления Search Console мы пересмотрели подход к организации взаимодействия пользователей. Было принято решение изменить продукт так, чтобы он был удобен для совместного использования в командах и можно было отслеживать историю действий пользователей. В новой версии Search Console мы внедрим более эффективные функции отслеживания действий пользователей. Например, можно будет узнать, кто изменил настройки, подтвердил исправление ошибки или обновил файл Sitemap. Мы также планируем дать возможность всем пользователям видеть важные сообщения о сайте.
Новые функции
Теперь управление доступом является важной частью Search Console.
В новой версии Search Console можно открыть для просмотра многие отчеты, например такие как "Индексирование отправленных URL", AMP и "Удобство для мобильных".
В новом интерфейсе все пользователи ресурса могут видеть и (если применимо) управлять пользовательскими ролями.
Новые роли
Чтобы упростить модель разрешений, мы планируем для пользователей с ограниченными правами установить статус "только для чтения". Пользователи с таким статусом смогут видеть всю информацию, но не смогут вносить какие-либо изменения, например запускать проверку исправления или делиться сведениями о проблеме.
Рекомендации
Ниже представлены (в качестве напоминания) некоторые рекомендации по управлению доступом пользователей в Search Console:
Предоставляйте пользователям только тот уровень доступа, который необходим им для выполнения работы.
См. описания разрешений.
Если необходимо отправить кому-либо сведения о проблеме, нажмите "Поделиться" на странице с ней.
Отзывайте разрешения у пользователей, которые больше не работают с ресурсом.
Регулярно проверяйте и обновляйте разрешения пользователей на странице Пользователи и разрешения в новой версии Search Console.

В рамках бета-тестирования интерфейс инструмента управления пользователями стал доступен пользователям с любыми ролями. Некоторые пользователи запросили больше времени для подготовки к использованию обновленной модели управления доступом. Мы учли это пожелание и приостановим запуск обновленной версии.

We decided to redesign the product around\ncooperative team usage and transparency of action history. [See the permissions descriptions](https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615#permissions).\n- If you need to share an issue details report, click the Share link on that page.\n- Revoke permissions from users who no longer work on a property.\n- When removing a previous verified owner, be sure to [remove all verification tokens for that user](https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615#manage-users).\n- Regularly audit and update the user permissions using the [Users and Permissions](https://search.google.com/search-console/users) page in new Search Console.\n\nUser feedback\n-------------\n\n\nAs part of our Beta exploration, we released visibility of the user management interface to all\nuser roles. Some users reached out to request more time to prepare for the updated user management\nmodel, including the ability of restricted and full users to easily see a list of other\ncollaborators on the site.
