Google では 1 年以上前にアナリティクスにセーフ ブラウジング通知機能を導入しました。この機能は、ウェブサイトが不正に侵害され、マルウェアの配布やフィッシング攻撃に悪用されていると確認された場合に、アナリティクス プロパティの所有者に警告を行うものです。この機能の公開以降、第三者によってウェブサイトが侵害されたという通知が表示された所有者は 24,000 人を超えています。
本日より Google では、Google アナリティクスによる通知機能を拡大し、スパム行為を目的としたハッキングの被害を受け、ウェブマスター向けガイドライン（品質に関するガイドライン）に違反した状態になっているサイトについても警告の対象とします。これにより、第三者によって侵害されているサイトで不審なイベントが発生すると、影響を受けているドメインと問題解決に役立つリソースを知らせる通知が Google アナリティクスの管理画面に表示されます。
