This class defines the Service Provider Interface (SPI)
for the KeyGenerator
class.
All the abstract methods in this class must be implemented by each
cryptographic service provider who wishes to supply the implementation
of a key generator for a particular algorithm.

Cryptographic service providers must implement its abstract methods: `engineGenerateKey` to produce a secret key, and `engineInit` (with variations for parameters, randomness, and keysize) to initialize the key generator. It defines how to establish the parameters and the randomness for the key generator. The class also contains the public constructor KeyGeneratorSpi().\n"]]
