設計整合功能

使用流程

以下是在 Google Ads API 中上傳待開發客戶強化轉換的整體流程。

  1. 確認您已實作必備條件,包括:

    1. 啟用轉換追蹤。

    2. 接受顧客數位資料條款。

    3. 在網站待開發客戶表單中設定代碼。

    如需詳細指南,請參閱「實作必要條件」。

  2. 將待開發客戶資料 (例如電子郵件地址、電話號碼和郵寄地址) 正規化並雜湊處理。

  3. 將經過正規化且經過雜湊處理的待開發客戶資料放入 ClickConversion 物件。針對每個 ClickConversion

    1. 使用經過正規化且經過雜湊處理的待開發客戶資料,填入 user_identifiers。如果您有多個使用者 ID,請為每個 ID 建立單獨的 UserIdentifier,最多五個 ID。

    2. (選用,但強烈建議使用) 填入 order_id

    3. (選用) 填入 gclid 以取得最準確的測量結果。

    4. 從 Google Ads API v15 版開始,應填入 ClickConversion 物件的 consent 欄位。

    5. conversion_action 設為 typeUPLOAD_CLICKSConversionAction 資源名稱。這應該是您實作必備條件時所建立的 ConversionAction 資源名稱。

  4. ClickConversion 建立作業上傳至 ConversionUploadService,將 partial_failure 設為 true

最佳做法

導入待開發客戶強化轉換時,請留意下列最佳做法。

加入多個 ID (如有)

如果您為轉換指定 order_id,強烈建議您納入該轉換。 如果轉換有 gclid,除了 user_identifiers 以外,建議您一併傳送轉換資訊,以利改善成效。此外,如果轉換有多個 UserIdentifier (包括多個),有助於提高比對成功的機率。請在相同的 ClickConversion 中加入所有 ID。

設定整合作業時查看部分失敗錯誤

在單一要求中批次處理多筆轉換

如果您要上傳多個轉換,請將作業批次合併到一個 UploadClickConversionsRequest 中,而不是在每次轉換時傳送上傳要求。

請參閱配額指南,瞭解每項要求的轉換數限制。

如果想讓離線資料診斷將一組要求歸入同一個邏輯工作,請將所有要求的 job_id 設為相同的值。如果您的單一工作或程序使用多個要求上傳大量轉換,這項功能就非常實用。如果每個要求的 job_id 都設為相同的值,就可以從 job_summaries 擷取工作的一個項目。如果您讓 Google Ads API 為每個要求的 job_id 指派由系統產生的值,job_summaries 就會為每個要求分別加入項目,這樣可能會讓工作整體健康狀態的分析更加困難。

上傳所有可用的離線轉換事件

為確保轉換報表完整且正確,請上傳所有可用的離線轉換事件,包括可能並非來自 Google Ads 的事件。

上傳所有轉換事件會導致任何非 Google Ads 的事件發生 CLICK_NOT_FOUND 錯誤。由於上傳所有轉換事件時預期會發生這些錯誤,因此 UploadClickConversionsRequest 提供了 debug_enabled 欄位。

  • 如果 debug_enabledfalse 或未設定,Google Ads API 只會執行基本輸入驗證、略過後續的上傳檢查,即使在提供的 user_identifiers 沒有點擊的情況下,也會傳回成功。

    此為預設值。

  • 如果 debug_enabledtrue,Google Ads API 會執行所有驗證,並針對提供的 user_identifiers 沒有 Google Ads 轉換的任何 ClickConversion 傳回 CLICK_NOT_FOUND 錯誤。

在開發和測試期間,您可以將 debug_enabled 設為 true,以便找出問題。舉例來說,如果您知道某一組轉換和 user_identifiers 來自 Google Ads 轉換,可以使用 true 設定驗證這些上傳項目不會造成 CLICK_NOT_FOUND 錯誤。不過,當您繼續執行過去的開發和測試作業時,建議您將 debug_enabled 設為 false,以免發生過多錯誤。

請勿使用外部歸因資料

請勿在 ClickConversion 上設定 external_attribution_data,或指定使用外部歸因模式的 conversion_action。如果上傳時使用 ID 上傳,Google Ads 不支援外部歸因轉換。

準備要上傳的資料

基於隱私權考量,下列資料必須使用 SHA-256 進行雜湊處理,然後才能上傳:

  • 電子郵件地址
  • 電話號碼
  • 名字
  • 姓氏
  • 街道地址

請勿雜湊處理下列資料:

  • 國家/地區
