如要使用網站強化轉換功能,請設定代碼,在使用者轉換時自動將點擊 ID (例如 Google 點擊 ID) 和訂單 ID 傳送至 Google Ads。您可以透過 Google 代碼管理工具Google 代碼或 Google Ads API 設定強化轉換。 使用 Google Ads API 的優點是,您可以在轉換事件發生後 24 小時內傳送第一方轉換資料,不必在轉換事件發生時傳送。因此,您可以從多種來源 (例如顧客資料庫或客戶關係管理系統) 找出第一方資料。

如有,請提供多個 ID

如果您有轉換的 Google 點擊 ID,建議您一併傳送 user_identifiers,以提升成效。此外,如果轉換有多個 UserIdentifier,一併提供這些資料可提高比對成功率。在同一個 ConversionAdjustment 中加入所有 ID。

設定整合項目時,查看部分失敗錯誤

在單一要求中批次處理多項調整

如要匯入多項調整,請將作業批次處理為一個 UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest,而不是針對每項調整傳送匯入要求。

請參閱配額指南,瞭解每個要求可調整的次數上限。如要讓離線資料診斷將一組要求歸類在同一個邏輯工作下,請將所有要求的 job_id 設為相同值。

排解常見錯誤

錯誤
CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND 找不到與提供的轉換動作和轉換 ID 組合相對應的轉換,或 order_id無法找到。確認轉換是要求 customer_id 中指定的 Google Ads 轉換客戶的 Google Ads 轉換。
此外,請確認轉換並非來自點擊,且該點擊填入的是 gbraid wbraid,而非 gclid。 Google Ads 不支援這些轉換的網站強化轉換。
CUSTOMER_NOT_ACCEPTED_CUSTOMER_DATA_TERMS 您尚未接受要求的customer_id顧客數位資料條款。如需相關操作說明,請參閱必要條件指南。
CONVERSION_ALREADY_ENHANCED 這項轉換已收到具有指定 order_idconversion_action 的調整項。請務必為每項轉換提供不重複的 order_id
