GoogleAdsService.Mutate supporta
i nomi delle risorse temporanee a cui è possibile fare riferimento in un secondo momento
nella stessa richiesta. In questo modo, ad esempio, puoi creare una campagna e i relativi gruppi di annunci, annunci, parole chiave e così via in un'unica richiesta.
Per farlo, specifica il resource_name della nuova risorsa da utilizzare con un ID negativo. Supponiamo, ad esempio, di creare una campagna e di specificare il relativo nome risorsa
come customers/<YOUR_CUSTOMER_ID>/campaigns/-1. Quando crei il gruppo di annunci in un'operazione successiva, puoi farvi riferimento utilizzando il nome risorsa e il valore -1 specificato verrà sostituito automaticamente dall'ID effettivo della campagna creata.
Ecco alcuni aspetti da tenere presente quando utilizzi i nomi delle risorse temporanee:
- Un nome risorsa temporaneo può essere utilizzato solo dopo essere stato definito in una risorsa. Nell'esempio seguente, l'operazione del gruppo di annunci deve essere visualizzata dopo l'operazione della campagna nell'elenco delle operazioni.
- I nomi delle risorse temporanee non vengono memorizzati tra job o richieste di modifica. Per fare riferimento a una risorsa creata in un job o in una richiesta di modifica precedente, utilizza il relativo nome risorsa effettivo.
- Per un singolo job o una singola richiesta di modifica, ogni nome risorsa temporaneo deve utilizzare un numero negativo univoco, anche se appartengono a tipi di risorse diversi. Se un ID temporaneo viene riutilizzato in un singolo job o in una singola richiesta di modifica, viene restituito un errore.
Esempio
Supponiamo di voler aggiungere una campagna, un gruppo di annunci e un annuncio in un'unica richiesta API. Creeresti una struttura per la richiesta analoga alla seguente:

Viene utilizzato un nuovo ID temporaneo per il gruppo di annunci, poiché non possiamo riutilizzare il valore -1 utilizzato per la campagna. Facciamo riferimento a questo gruppo di annunci anche quando creiamo un annuncio del gruppo di annunci. Il gruppo di annunci stesso fa riferimento al nome risorsa che abbiamo stabilito per la campagna in un'operazione precedente nella richiesta, mentre resource_name in ad_group_ad_operation non è necessario perché nessuna altra operazione fa riferimento a questo nome.
Raggruppa le operazioni dello stesso tipo
Quando utilizzi GoogleAdsService.Mutate,
è importante raggruppare le operazioni
in base alla risorsa nell'array di operazioni ripetute. Questo metodo di modifica funge essenzialmente da modo per chiamare automaticamente in sequenza il metodo di modifica di ogni singola risorsa. Per farlo, legge le operazioni finché non ne trova una per un tipo di risorse diverso, quindi raggruppa tutte le operazioni dello stesso tipo in una singola richiesta.
Ad esempio, se nel campo operations ripetuto nella chiamata Mutate sono presenti 5 operazioni della campagna, seguite da 10 operazioni del gruppo di annunci
, il
sistema eseguirà due chiamate totali nel backend, una a
CampaignService
per 5 operazioni e la successiva a AdGroupService
per 10 operazioni.
Tuttavia, se le raggruppi in modo diverso, il rendimento potrebbe essere molto peggiore. Se crei solo 2 campagne e 2 gruppi di annunci, ma li intrecci in modo che le operazioni siano ordinate come [campagna, gruppo di annunci, campagna, gruppo di annunci], il risultato sarà di quattro chiamate totali nel backend. Ciò comporterà un rendimento più lento dell'API e, in casi estremi, può persino causare timeout.
Recupera gli attributi modificabili dalla risposta
Se imposti response_content_type della richiesta di modifica su
MUTABLE_RESOURCE,
la risposta conterrà i valori di tutti i campi modificabili per ogni oggetto
creato o aggiornato dalla richiesta. Utilizza questa funzionalità per evitare una richiesta aggiuntiva
search o searchStream dopo ogni richiesta di modifica.
Se non imposti response_content_type, l'API Google Ads utilizza per impostazione predefinita RESOURCE_NAME_ONLY e la risposta conterrà solo il nome risorsa di ogni risorsa creata o aggiornata.
