Conversion-Anpassungen importieren

Nachdem eine Conversion bereits an Google Ads gemeldet wurde, können Sie sie später in der Google Ads API anpassen.

Dazu muss zuerst eine Conversion-Aktion eingerichtet sein und Sie müssen die Conversions erfasst haben, die Sie anpassen möchten.

Die Google Ads API unterstützt die Verwendung von order_id (auch als Transaktions ID bezeichnet), um die Conversion anzupassen mit dem ConversionAdjustmentUploadService.

So rufen Sie die conversion_action_id ab, die für eine Conversion-Anpassung erforderlich ist:

Hier sind einige Anforderungen und Einschränkungen, die Sie bei der Anpassung von Conversions in der API beachten sollten:

  • Nur das Konto, das Conversion-Aktionen verwaltet, kann Anpassungen importieren. Anhand der Einrichtungsanleitung für das Conversion-Tracking können Sie ermitteln, welches Konto Conversions für Ihr Google Ads-Konto verwaltet.

    Wenn Sie versuchen, eine Anpassung mit einem anderen Konto zu importieren, wird der NO_CONVERSION_ACTION_FOUND Fehler ausgelöst. Dieser Fehler tritt auch auf, wenn die Conversion-Aktion der Anpassung nicht aktiviert ist.

  • In Google Ads können nur Conversions für Conversion-Aktionstypen vom Typ SALESFORCE, UPLOAD_CLICKS oder WEBPAGE angepasst werden. Wenn Sie versuchen, eine Anpassung für eine Conversion zu importieren, bei der die Conversion-Aktion nicht einer dieser Typen entspricht, wird der Fehler INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION_TYPE ausgelöst.

  • Für die Felder, in denen Datum und Uhrzeit angegeben werden, muss eine ausgewählte Zeitzone ausgewählt sein, die von der Zeitzone des Kontos abweichen kann. Das Format dieser Felder ist yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm, z. B. 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (ohne Berücksichtigung der Sommerzeit) .

  • Warten Sie nach dem Erstellen der Conversion-Aktion vier bis sechs Stunden, bevor Sie die Conversions anpassen, um den TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION Fehler zu vermeiden.

  • Die Anpassung schlägt mit dem CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND Fehler fehl, wenn die Conversion nie importiert wurde oder importiert, aber als ungültig oder Spam eingestuft und daher verworfen wurde.

  • Sie müssen die order_id in der ConversionAdjustment unter einer der folgenden Bedingungen angeben:

    • Der type der Conversion-Aktion ist gleich WEBPAGE.

    • Der ursprünglichen Conversion, die Sie anpassen, wurde eine order_id zugewiesen.

    Wenn Sie stattdessen das gclid_date_time_pair angeben, schlägt der Vorgang mit dem Fehler ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.MISSING_ORDER_ID_FOR_WEBPAGE oder ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND fehl.

  • Beim Erstellen einer ConversionAdjustment muss das Attribut partial_failure der der UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest immer auf true gesetzt sein. Beachten Sie die Richtlinien für Teilerfolge, wenn Sie gültige und fehlgeschlagene Vorgänge gleichzeitig verarbeiten.
