Monatliche Rechnungen für ein Google Ads-Konto können über InvoiceService abgerufen werden.

Voraussetzungen

  • Für das Google Ads-Konto muss die monatliche Rechnungsstellung aktiviert sein. In den Leitfäden zu Abrechnungseinrichtungen und Budgets erfahren Sie, wie Sie die Abrechnung mit der Google Ads API verwalten.
  • Wenn festgelegt, muss login-customer-id die Kundennummer eines Verwaltungskontos angeben, über das das Google Ads-Konto verwaltet wird, für das Sie Rechnungen abrufen. Sie ist in der Google Ads-UI unter Zahlungsverwaltungskonto gekennzeichnet.
  • AccountSummary als Invoice.account_summaries[] für den Berichtsabgleich ist nur für Kunden verfügbar, die auf der Zulassungsliste stehen. Wenn Sie diese Felder verwenden möchten, fragen Sie Ihren Google Account Manager, ob Sie dazu berechtigt sind.

Rechnungen abrufen

Zum Abrufen von Rechnungen müssen Sie die Methode InvoiceService.ListInvoices anfordern und dabei alle Pflichtfelder in ListInvoicesRequest festlegen: customer_id, billing_setup, issue_year und issue_month.

PDF-Rechnung herunterladen

Jede Rechnung kann als PDF-Datei heruntergeladen werden. Nachdem Sie den Invoice abgerufen haben, müssen Sie eine HTTP-Anfrage für die URL senden, die im Feld pdf_url gespeichert ist. Diese Anfrage muss mit dem Google-Konto authentifiziert werden, mit dem die Rechnung abgerufen wird. Das heißt, Sie müssen im Anfrageheader Authorization: Bearer ein OAuth-Zugriffstoken angeben, das mit dem Google-Konto generiert wurde:
