Uploaded HTML5 ads

To create uploaded HTML5 ads, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• The ad media bundle uses AMPHTML instead of standard HTML.
• The account has spent more than $9,000 USD and is more than 90 days old.
• The account is on the allowlist for this feature. You can request access by submitting the HTML5 access request form.

Create an HTML5 ad

Once your account meets the prerequisites, upload your HTML5 ZIP archive as a MediaBundleAsset using AssetService. Then, when creating an AdGroupAd with a DisplayUploadAdInfo object, assign the asset resource name to display_upload_ad.media_bundle.asset (AdMediaBundleAsset) and set display_upload_product_type (for example, HTML5_UPLOAD_AD).
