ウェブサイトで特定の操作を行ったユーザーをユーザーリストに追加できます。コンバージョン トラッキングを使用している場合は、ウェブサイトでコンバージョン（購入など）に至ったユーザーを広告のターゲットに設定できます。

また、コンバージョンとはみなされない特定の操作をウェブサイトで行ったユーザーも、広告のターゲットに設定できます。たとえば、追加した商品アイテムを購入操作の前にショッピング カートから削除する操作が当てはまります。

前提条件

オーディエンス セグメントを作成してターゲットに設定するには、まず以下を行う必要があります。

1. ユーザーの興味 / 関心や所在地に基づく広告に関するポリシーをご覧ください。ユーザーに関する機密情報を使用してオーディエンスを作成することはできません。

2. Google タグを設定します。

   モバイルアプリの動作に基づいてユーザーリストを作成する場合は、Firebase SDK を実装するか、サードパーティの SDK を使用してアプリ内行動を追跡する必要があります。

1. コンバージョン トラッキングを設定します。コンバージョン管理の概要の手順に沿って対応します。次に、ウェブサイトに Google タグを実装します。

Google タグを取得する

すべての Google 広告アカウントには、アカウント作成時に自動的にアカウント単位の Google タグが設定されます。

Google タグは、ヘルプセンターの手順に沿って Google 広告 UI で取得するか、Google Ads API で RemarketingAction を作成してから、remarketing_action リソースを使用して GoogleAdsService.searchStream リクエストを発行して Google タグを取得します。

ユーザーリストを作成する

特定のアクションを行ったユーザーをターゲティングするには、対象のアクション（コンバージョンまたはコンバージョン以外のアクション）への参照を含む BasicUserListInfo オブジェクトで、UserList の basic_user_list フィールドを設定する必要があります。

コンバージョンをトリガーしたユーザー

基本のユーザーリストでは、ウェブサイトで 1 つ以上のコンバージョン アクションをトリガーしたユーザーをユーザーリストとして定義します。基本的なユーザーリストを作成するときに、ConversionAction のリソース名を UserListActionInfo オブジェクトに渡します。このオブジェクトは最終的に UserList に渡されます。

コンバージョン以外のアクションを行ったユーザー

ConversionAction ではなく RemarketingAction と関連付けることで、コンバージョンとはみなされない操作をウェブサイトで行ったユーザーの基本的なユーザーリストを作成できます。

キーポイント: RemarketingAction は Google 広告管理画面の [コンバージョン] セクションには表示されません。ステータスは常に HIDDEN に設定され、変更できません。

オーディエンス セグメントのターゲティング ルール

1. 非除外（入札対象）ユーザーリストを、キャンペーン単位と広告グループ単位で同時に設定することはできません。キャンペーンに非除外ユーザーリストの条件を設定するには、そのキャンペーン内のすべての広告グループから条件を削除する必要があります。

2. ユーザーリストによるターゲティング（非除外）は、検索キャンペーンでのみサポートされています。ディスプレイ キャンペーンの場合、user_list を設定する CampaignCriterion は除外する必要があります。

3. 検索キャンペーンとショッピング キャンペーンでは、ユーザーリスト ターゲットでは次のフィールドの設定はサポートされていません。

   • url_custom_parameters
   • tracking_url_template
   • final_urls
   • final_mobile_urls
