Khi Business Messages API gửi tin nhắn của bạn cho người dùng, API này sẽ trả về một 200 OK. Nếu thông báo của bạn thiếu các giá trị bắt buộc, thì API sẽ trả về lỗi 400. Nếu thông báo sử dụng thông tin đăng nhập không hợp lệ, API sẽ trả về lỗi 401.

Chiến lược dự phòng
Nếu thiết bị của người dùng không hỗ trợ một thông báo mà bạn cố gắng gửi (ví dụ: nếu người dùng không hỗ trợ tính năng trả lời đề xuất), thì API sẽ trả về lỗi 400 (FAILED

Đề xuất yêu cầu cho nhân viên hỗ trợ
Đề xuất yêu cầu Nhân viên hỗ trợ trực tiếp giúp bạn hướng dẫn người dùng tương tác với nhân viên hỗ trợ là con người trong các lượt tương tác phức tạp hoặc khi tính năng tự động hoá không thể xử lý yêu cầu của người dùng.
Người dùng có thể yêu cầu gặp nhân viên hỗ trợ trực tiếp bất cứ lúc nào trong cuộc trò chuyện thông qua trình đơn tuỳ chọn khác. Đề xuất này giúp các nhân viên có cách thức đề xuất theo phương thức lập trình các hoạt động tương tác với người đại diện dựa trên bối cảnh của cuộc trò chuyện. Nhân viên hỗ trợ của bạn phải luôn sẵn sàng phản hồi sự kiện được yêu cầu Live agent (Nhân viên hỗ trợ trực tiếp), ngay cả khi sự kiện đó không gửi đề xuất yêu cầu Live agent.
Khi người dùng nhấn vào một đề xuất yêu cầu Nhân viên hỗ trợ trực tiếp, sự kiện Nhân viên hỗ trợ trực tiếp được yêu cầu sẽ được kích hoạt.

Khi cần gửi một khối thông tin, nội dung nghe nhìn hoặc đề xuất có liên quan, bạn nên gửi một thẻ thông tin chi tiết. Thẻ đa phương tiện cho phép tác nhân của bạn gửi nhiều đơn vị thông tin trong một tin nhắn.
Thẻ thông tin có thể chứa những mục sau:
- Tệp đa phương tiện (JPG, JPEG hoặc PNG, tối đa 5 MB)
- Hình thu nhỏ của nội dung nghe nhìn (JPG, JPEG hoặc PNG, tối đa 25 KB)
- Tiêu đề (tối đa 200 ký tự)
- Nội dung mô tả (tối đa 2.000 ký tự)
- Danh sách câu trả lời đề xuất và hành động đề xuất (tối đa 4)
Thẻ đa dạng nội dung có thể chứa bất kỳ hoặc tất cả các mục được liệt kê, nhưng thẻ phải chứa ít nhất nội dung nghe nhìn hoặc tiêu đề thì mới hợp lệ. Thẻ nhiều định dạng có thể chứa tối đa 4 hành động và câu trả lời được đề xuất.
Trợ lý ảo có thể gửi nhiều thẻ thông tin chi tiết cùng nhau trong một băng chuyền thẻ thông tin chi tiết.
