Location

A location is a physical location of a brand or business. The brand that an
agent represents may have one or more physical locations. You can use the
Business Communications API
to associate the agent with any number of physical locations. You can then
identify which physical location a user messages and determine the best course
of action for responding to the user.
Business Messages uses Place IDs to identify physical locations.
You must claim ownership of physical locations through
Business Profile
before you can associate locations with a Business Messages agent.
Conversations with a particular location are not available to users until the
location is launched. In order to launch a location for use with an agent, you
must first verify the
location
and launch the associated
agent.
