Enviar mensagens

Depois de receber uma mensagem de um usuário, é possível enviar uma resposta para continuar a conversa. É possível enviar mensagens a um usuário até 30 dias após a última mensagem dele.

Os agentes se comunicam com os usuários enviando e recebendo mensagens. Para enviar mensagens aos usuários, seu agente envia solicitações de mensagem para o Business Messages.

Para isso, envie uma solicitação HTTP POST para a API Business Messages que inclui

  • um ID de mensagem exclusivo
  • o ID da conversa
  • o conteúdo da mensagem

Quando a API Business Messages envia sua mensagem ao usuário, ela retorna um 200 OK. Se houver valores obrigatórios ausentes na mensagem, a API retornará um erro 400. Se a mensagem usar credenciais inválidas, a API retornará um erro 401.

Estratégia substituta

Se o dispositivo de um usuário não for compatível com uma mensagem que você tenta enviar, por exemplo, se um usuário não oferecer suporte a respostas sugeridas, a API vai retornar um erro 400 (FAILED PRECONDITION). No entanto, você pode contornar tipos de mensagens incompatíveis especificando o texto fallback para cada mensagem enviada. Se você especificar o texto fallback, a API retornará uma resposta 200 OK, mesmo que o dispositivo do usuário não ofereça suporte ao tipo de mensagem.

Se um usuário receber uma mensagem que o dispositivo não tem suporte, mas incluir o texto fallback, o dispositivo exibirá o texto fallback. Esse comportamento permite que você continue a conversa de maneira proativa sem interromper o fluxo da conversa ou ter tempo extra para processar um erro 400 (FAILED PRECONDITION) e identificar uma mensagem alternativa.

O texto fallback de qualquer mensagem precisa espelhar a função da mensagem. Por exemplo,

  • Para mensagens com respostas ou ações sugeridas, inclua o texto da mensagem em fallback e inclua orientações sobre quais opções os usuários têm para continuar a conversa.
  • Para rich cards ou carrosséis, inclua o título e a descrição no texto fallback e inclua links para imagens ou sites.

Para inserir quebras de linha no texto fallback, use \n ou \r\n.

Testar texto substituto

Antes de iniciar um agente, é possível testar como o texto substituto aparece em uma conversa enviando uma mensagem com o parâmetro de URL forceFallback definido como true. Quando você força o texto substituto, a conversa desconsidera o conteúdo da mensagem principal (texto e uma sugestão de URL aberto no exemplo a seguir) e exibe o texto substituto.

Representantes

Quando seu agente envia uma mensagem, você especifica um representante: o humano ou a automação que compôs a mensagem. O Business Messages é compatível com representantes HUMAN e BOT.

Especifique um representante BOT quando qualquer tipo de automação compor uma mensagem, seja uma automação que responde automaticamente informando aos usuários seu lugar em uma fila, um agente complexo de processamento de linguagem natural com acesso dinâmico aos detalhes do usuário ou qualquer outra coisa. As mensagens com representantes do BOT aparecem com um pequeno ícone , que ajuda a definir as expectativas dos usuários em relação aos tipos de interação em que eles podem interagir.

Especifique um representante HUMAN somente quando um atendente escrever uma mensagem. Antes de enviar mensagens de um representante do HUMAN, envie um evento REPRESENTATIVE_JOINED para informar aos usuários que eles podem enviar mensagens mais complexas ou em formato livre. Depois de enviar a última mensagem de um representante da HUMAN, envie um evento REPRESENTATIVE_LEFT para definir as expectativas dos usuários mais uma vez.

Por exemplo, se um usuário iniciar uma conversa com seu agente e você enviar uma mensagem automática informando que ele deve esperar um atendente em dois minutos, ela deverá ser enviada de um representante da BOT. Antes de o agente em tempo real entrar, envie um evento REPRESENTATIVE_JOINED. Todas as mensagens do agente ativo precisam ser marcadas como enviadas por um representante da HUMAN. Quando o agente em tempo real sair da conversa, envie um evento REPRESENTATIVE_LEFT. Se um representante é BOT ou HUMAN, você pode especificar um nome de exibição e avatar representativos. Os nomes de exibição e os avatares ficam visíveis para os usuários. As imagens do avatar precisam ter 1.024 x 1.024 pixels e até 50 KB. Além disso, elas precisam ser especificadas como URLs disponíveis publicamente. Se você não fornecer uma imagem de avatar, o logotipo do agente será usado no avatar do representante.
