Associates a creative with the specified campaign. This method creates a default ad with dimensions matching the creative in the campaign if such a default ad does not exist already.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Parameters
profileId	string (int64 format) User profile ID associated with this request.
campaignId	string (int64 format) Campaign ID in this association.

Request body

The request body contains an instance of CampaignCreativeAssociation.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of CampaignCreativeAssociation.
