ユーザーがエージェントとの会話を円滑に進めるために、エージェントとの会話を終了した後に、Google がユーザーにアンケートを送信します。会話の最中など、異なるタイミングでデータを収集する場合は、会話のコンテキスト内でアンケートを送信できます。会話内にアンケートが表示され、質問に応じてユーザーがさまざまなオプションを使用してフィードバックを提供できます。
Google がトリガーするアンケートのタイミングは、エージェントのメッセージ対応状況によって異なります。

会話ごとに 24 時間ごとに 1 つのアンケートを送信できます。Google との会話前にアンケートを実施した場合、その会話にアンケートが送信されることはありません。 エージェントが 24 時間以内に同じ会話で複数のアンケートを送信した場合、ビジネス メッセージはユーザーに最初のアンケートのみを送信します。
ユーザーがアンケートに回答した後にエージェントとの会話を開始すると、エージェントに対して挨拶が表示されます。 ユーザーがアンケートに回答しないと、アンケートは 7 日後に期限切れとなり、次の会話の終了後には挨拶文が表示されます。
会話中にアンケートがアクティブになっているときに、ユーザーがアンケートとは無関係のメッセージを送信した場合、ビジネス メッセージによってアンケートがキャンセルされ、ユーザーのメッセージがエージェントの Webhook に送信されます。
ユーザーにアンケートを送信しない場合、エージェントは引き続き Google サーベイの結果を Webhook に受け取り、それに応じて処理する必要があります。
よくある質問
アンケートには最大 5 つの質問があり、必須、テンプレート、カスタムの 3 つのカテゴリに分かれています。1 つのアンケートに必ず必須の質問が表示され、その後最大 2 つのテンプレート質問が表示されます。その後、カスタム質問が 2 つまで表示されます。

必要な質問は、ビジネス メッセージがサポートするすべての言語 / 地域にローカライズされています。ユーザーは高評価 / 低評価で返信できます。

テンプレートに関する質問
テンプレートの質問は任意で、Google 定義の質問で、ビジネス メッセージがサポートするすべての言語 / 地域にローカライズされています。1 つのアンケートに、テンプレートに関する質問を 2 つまで含めることができます。ユーザーのレスポンスの形式は質問によって異なります。
テンプレートに関する質問の例:

カスタムの質問
1 つのアンケートにカスタムの質問を最大 2 つ含めることができます。カスタム質問を指定する場合は、エージェントがサポートするロケールごとに質問のバージョンを含めます。デフォルトの言語 / 地域ごとに各質問のバージョンを指定する必要があります。ユーザーがアンケートを受信したものの、指定されたバージョンのカスタム質問がないロケールにいる場合、質問はエージェントのデフォルトの言語 / 地域で定義されているとおりに表示されます。
カスタムの質問に対する回答では、返信例と同様にテキストとポストバック データが区別されます。
アンケートをカスタマイズする
エージェント向けのアンケートをカスタマイズするには:
- Business Communications Developer Console を開き、ビジネス メッセージ Google アカウントでログインします。
- エージェントを選択します。
- 左側のナビゲーションで [アンケート] をクリックします。

アンケートの回答を受け取る
ユーザーがアンケートの質問に回答すると、エージェントは Webhook で回答を受け取ります。アンケートの回答の受信と処理は、メッセージの受信と同じ方法で行います。
1 つのアンケートのすべての質問に同じ surveyResponse.survey 値が設定されています。アンケートに複数の質問が含まれている場合は、インフラストラクチャが同じ surveyResponse.survey 値で複数の回答を受け入れ、surveyResponse.surveyQuestionId フィールドで個々の質問を特定していることを確認してください。
アンケートの回答のテキスト値は surveyResponse.questionResponseText に表示されます。必須の質問とテンプレートに関する質問の場合、ビジネス メッセージは低評価の返信を VERY_SATISFIED、低評価の返信を VERY_DISSATISFIED として返します。カスタム質問のレスポンスに絵文字が含まれている場合は、Unicode 値を解析する代わりに surveyResponse.questionResponsePostbackData を使用することをおすすめします。
