Tell us about a problem

If you use Google Earth and something goes wrong, you can let us know.

1. Using Google Chrome on your computer, open Google Earth.
2. On the top left, click Help  >  Send feedback. Click the drop-down to show the menu bar if hidden.
3. Describe your issue and decide if you want to include a screenshot.
4. To adjust the image you send, click the screenshot and follow the instructions.
5. Click Send.
