REST Resource: contentCategories

  • ContentCategory resource allows you to manage categories for organizing your content within DoubleClick for Advertisers.

  • Each category is identified by a unique ID and has a name, account ID, and kind.

  • You can create, retrieve, update, and delete content categories using the provided methods.

  • The name field is required when creating a new ContentCategory and must be unique within the same account.

  • id and accountId are read-only fields automatically generated by the system.

Fields
id

string (int64 format)

ID of this content category. This is a read-only, auto-generated field.
name

string

Name of this content category. This is a required field and must be less than 256 characters long and unique among content categories of the same account.
accountId

Account ID of this content category. This is a read-only field that can be left blank.
kind

Identifies what kind of resource this is. Value: the fixed string
