Automatic Steps
To create an account with the Google Ads API, you must authenticate as a user of
an existing manager account. New accounts are created under that manager account.
If you don't already have a manager account, follow the steps in Create a

You can use the
CreateCustomerClient
method to create sub-accounts with the Google Ads API.
