החל מגרסה 2.1 של Content API, אפשר להשתמש בפידים משלימים כדי לבצע עדכונים חלקיים של נתוני מוצרים. עדכונים חלקיים באמצעות פידים משלימים מאפשרים לכם לשלוח בקשות שכוללות רק את השדות שאתם רוצים לשנות, בלי להשפיע על שאר נתוני המוצרים. אחרי שיוצרים פידים משלימים ב-Merchant Center, אפשר לבצע עדכונים חלקיים על ידי הוספת פרמטר השאילתה feedId כשקוראים ל-Products.insert ול-Products.delete.
