CandidateContest: ใช้ประเภทนี้เมื่อContest เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งตั้งแต่ 1 คนขึ้นไป
PartyContest: ใช้ประเภทนี้เมื่อContestมีตัวเลือกรายชื่อพรรค ในบัตรเลือกตั้ง
