傳送訊息

RBM 代理程式是透過收發訊息來與使用者溝通。如要傳送訊息給使用者，服務專員會傳送訊息要求至 RCS Business Messaging API。單一要求可能包含文字、複合式資訊卡、圖片或影片，以及建議的回覆和建議操作。

如果您傳送給 RBM 無法存取的使用者 (因為他們未啟用 RCS)，或是使用者已離線超過 24 小時，RBM 平台會傳回 404 錯誤。在這種情況下，您可以嘗試透過基礎架構中定義的備用方法觸及使用者。

如果您在未啟動代理程式的網路或未啟用 RCS 流量的網路中傳送訊息給 RCS 使用者，RBM Platform 會傳回 403 錯誤。

如果訊息含有使用者裝置不支援的功能，RBM 平台會傳回錯誤，且不會傳送訊息。

郵件大小上限為 250 KB。

正在傳送給離線使用者

如果收件者目前離線，RBM 平台仍會接受傳送訊息。您會收到 200 回應，RBM 平台則會保留訊息，並嘗試在 30 天內重新提交。您不必要求 RBM 再次傳送訊息。

提交後 30 天內，RBM 將會刪除未傳送的訊息。

您的服務專員用途會判斷您希望 RBM 在使用者恢復上線時保留訊息。例如，如果您要傳送動態密碼，建議您稍候片刻，如果尚未收到傳送通知，請改為撤銷訊息，再透過其他路徑 (例如簡訊) 傳送。

文字

最簡單的訊息是由文字組成。文字訊息最適合用於提供資訊，不需要視覺化、複雜的互動或回應。

媒體

資訊卡高度

資訊卡的內容會垂直展開至符合內容的大小。複合式資訊卡的高度下限為 112 DP，且高度上限為 344 DP。如果資訊卡內容不夠大，無法填滿資訊卡的最小高度，資訊卡會展開並填滿額外高度，並留白空間。

複合式資訊卡中的媒體必須具有以下三種高度的其中一種：

中：168 個 DP
高：264 DP
