Account Level Issue Example: Set up and Policy Issues
From the new merchant support service Google launched in August 2023, we
recommend using this account level method to display account issues to your
merchants. With the focus of this method to help merchants help themselves,
it comes with a variety of features such as different languages
support, updated policies, and support for new upcoming features in the future.

It is important for merchants to know the statuses of their accounts, especially
if they are causing the account to be suspended, warnings, or haven't completed
the necessary onboarding . They need to understand what is the specific
underlying issue and how to fix it. They won't be able to serve products
on Free Listings and Paid Ads until they fix the account level issues and
file for an account re-review.
