תוכלו להשתמש בתפריט Settings כדי להגדיר תשובה אוטומטית בחשבון.

הגדרת מענה אוטומטי

למענה האוטומטי נדרשים נושא וגוף התשובה, בפורמט HTML או טקסט פשוט. אפשר להפעיל אותה למשך זמן בלתי מוגבל או להגביל אותה לפרק זמן מוגדר. תוכלו גם להגביל את המענה האוטומטי לאנשי קשר מוכרים או לחברים בדומיין.

דוגמה להגדרת מענה אוטומטי לפרק זמן קבוע ולהגבלת תשובות למשתמשים באותו דומיין:

כדי להשבית את המענה האוטומטי, צריך לעדכן את המשאב ולהגדיר את enableAutoReply לערך false. אם הוגדר endTime, המענה האוטומטי יושבת באופן אוטומטי אחרי שיחלוף הזמן שצוין.
