Method: parents.list

Lists a file's parents.

HTTP request

GET https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/files/{fileId}/parents

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
fileId

string

The ID of the file.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

A list of a file's parents.

If successful, the response body contains data with the following structure:

This is always drive#parentList.
