A Version can exist in various states represented by an enum.
The states cover the lifecycle of a Version from creation to deletion.
States like APPROVED and DENIED indicate the outcome of policy reviews.
The enum is not yet frozen and may include new values in the future.

STATE_UNSPECIFIEDDefault value of State.
CREATION_IN_PROGRESSThe version creation is in progress.
CREATION_FAILEDThe version creation failed.
CREATEDThe version has been successfully created.
REVIEW_IN_PROGRESSThe version is under policy review (aka Approval).
APPROVEDThe version has been approved for policy review and can be deployed.
CONDITIONALLY_APPROVEDThe version has been conditionally approved but is pending final review. It may be rolled back if final review is denied.
DENIEDThe version has been denied for policy review.
UNDER_TAKEDOWNThe version is taken down as entire agent and all versions are taken down.
DELETEDThe version has been deleted.
