Reports API: Admin Activity – Chrome OS Event Names

This document details the admin activity report CHROME_OS_SETTINGS type's eventName parameters and properties. For more information, see the developer's guide and the Activities: list method.

CHANGE_CHROME_OS_SETTING
Parameters Values and Notes
DOMAIN_NAME The domain name associated with the Chrome device.
NEW_VALUE New SETTING_NAME value.
OLD_VALUE Previous SETTING_NAME value.

AUTO_UPDATE_SCATTER_FACTOR
The update scatter determines when an update is applied across your devices. This property spans 1 to 14 days measured in seconds.

AUTO_UPDATE_TARGET_VERSION_PREFIX
The major release number of each version of ChromeOS.

ENABLE_AUTO_UPDATE
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_DATA_ROAMING
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_DEVICE_ACTIVITY_REPORTING
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_DEVICE_BOOT_MODE_REPORTING
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_DEVICE_LOCATION_REPORTING
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_DEVICE_METRICS_REPORTING
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_DEVICE_VERSION_REPORTING
Can be true or false.

ENABLE_GUEST_MODE
Enables guest mode for the domain name. Can be true or false.

ENABLE_SHOW_USER_NAME_ON_SIGNIN
Can be true or false.

EPHEMERAL_USERS_ENABLED
Can be true or false. An ephemeral user is a device setting that allows the device not to retain user data. When enabled, this means the user's data is wiped after the user logs out.

PUBLIC_SESSION_AUTO_LOGIN
Enables auto login for domain name. Can be true or false.

PUBLIC_SESSION_AUTO_LOGIN_DELAY
Delays the auto login session.

RELEASE_CHANNEL
The version of the Chrome OS your device is using.

RELEASE_CHANNEL_DELEGATED
Can be true or false.

USER_LOGIN_WHITELIST
Enables login whitelist for the domain name.
