パス発行者とは、Google Wallet API を使用して Google ウォレット ユーザーにあらゆる種類のパスを発行する個人または企業です。パスを作成して発行するには、Google Wallet API 発行者アカウントに登録する必要があります。Google Wallet REST API を使用するパス発行者は、Google Cloud コンソールで Google Wallet API も有効にする必要があります。

Google Wallet API 発行者アカウントを使用すると、パスを作成して Google ウォレット ユーザーに発行できます。発行者アカウントを使用すると、Google Pay & ウォレット コンソールの Google Wallet API ダッシュボードにアクセスして、アカウントを管理することもできます。
