Method: loyaltyclass.update

  • This document explains how to update a loyalty class using the Google Wallet API.

  • You'll need to use a PUT request to the specified endpoint with the class ID.

  • The request body should contain a LoyaltyClass object with the updated information.

  • A successful response will return the updated LoyaltyClass object.

  • You need the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/wallet_object.issuer OAuth scope for authorization.

Updates the loyalty class referenced by the given class ID.

PUT https://walletobjects.googleapis.com/walletobjects/v1/loyaltyClass/{resourceId}

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
resourceId

string

The unique identifier for a class. This ID must be unique across all classes from an issuer. This value should follow the format issuer ID.identifier where the former is issued by Google and latter is chosen by you. Your unique identifier should only include alphanumeric characters, '.', '_', or '-'.

Request body

The request body contains an instance of LoyaltyClass.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of LoyaltyClass.
