4.3.2 Tuỳ chọn thanh toán tổng hợp

Lưu ý: Tất cả tài khoản có chung một hoá đơn phải sử dụng cùng một đơn vị tiền tệ. Nếu có nhiều đơn vị tiền tệ trong các tài khoản, bạn sẽ nhận được một hoá đơn tổng hợp cho mỗi đơn vị tiền tệ.

Hình sau đây cho thấy cách nên sắp xếp tài khoản người quản lý Google Ads và tài khoản nhà quảng cáo.

Các ghi chú sau đây đề cập đến các số trong hình trên:

1. Một hoá đơn tổng hợp (CB) có giới hạn 15.000 đối với số lượng tài khoản hoặc hoá đơn mà bạn có thể thêm. Nếu hoá đơn tổng hợp đầu tiên (CB US1) đạt đến 15.000 hoá đơn hoặc tài khoản, thì tất cả hoá đơn hoặc tài khoản sắp tới sẽ được thêm vào CB US2.

2. Bạn có thể thiết lập phương thức thanh toán tổng hợp cho tài khoản người quản lý của mình bằng cách đăng ký thông qua Biểu mẫu đăng ký thanh toán tổng hợp. Trước tiên, bạn phải có hạn mức tín dụng đã được phê duyệt với Google; nếu chưa có, bạn có thể đăng ký hạn mức tín dụng thông qua Biểu mẫu liên hệ với Google.

3. Bạn có thể di chuyển các tài khoản không hoạt động (đã rời bỏ) sang một tài khoản người quản lý khác. Việc tách các tài khoản này sẽ giúp bạn không vượt quá hạn mức 15.000. 4. Nếu tính năng tích hợp của bạn cho phép người dùng sử dụng các tài khoản Google Ads hiện có, hãy tạo một tài khoản người quản lý riêng cho các tài khoản này. Bạn không nên sử dụng tính năng thanh toán tổng hợp cho các tài khoản hiện có vì các tài khoản này có thể đã chi tiêu cho các loại chiến dịch khác và có thể đã thiết lập tính năng thanh toán trực tiếp.

Để thiết lập và quản lý thông tin thanh toán cho tài khoản Google Ads của người bán bằng API, hãy sử dụng tài nguyên BillingSetup để lấy và quản lý cấu hình thanh toán trên toàn tài khoản. Thông tin thanh toán là mối liên kết giữa một Tài khoản thanh toán và một tài khoản Google Ads cụ thể. Mã này xác định hiệu quả người thanh toán cho tài khoản của nhà quảng cáo. Quản lý ngân sách tài khoản

Ngân sách tài khoản xác định các thuộc tính ngân sách ở cấp tài khoản, chẳng hạn như thời gian bắt đầu, thời gian kết thúc và hạn mức chi tiêu. Bạn có thể tải hoá đơn xuống dưới dạng tệp PDF. Là người quản lý, bạn thường sử dụng các báo cáo này để tự động điều chỉnh hoá đơn của khách hàng. Bạn cần có những thông tin sau để bật tính năng lập hoá đơn:

• Bật tính năng lập hoá đơn hằng tháng cho tài khoản Google Ads. Hãy xem hướng dẫn về cách thiết lập thông tin thanh toán và ngân sách của tài khoản để tìm hiểu cách quản lý thông tin thanh toán bằng API Google Ads.

• Nếu được đặt, login-customer-id phải chỉ định mã khách hàng của tài khoản người quản lý đang quản lý tài khoản Google Ads mà bạn đang truy xuất hoá đơn. Tài khoản này được gắn nhãn là người quản lý thanh toán trong giao diện người dùng Google Ads.

Truy xuất tài nguyên Invoice cho dữ liệu hoá đơn bằng cách sử dụng InvoiceService.
