4.3.2 Konsolidierte Abrechnung

Hinweis :Alle Konten, die in einer Rechnung aufgeführt sind, müssen dieselbe Währung verwenden. Andernfalls erhalten Sie eine konsolidierte Rechnung je Währung.

In der folgenden Abbildung ist eine empfohlene Organisation von Google Ads-Verwaltungskonten und Werbetreibendenkonten dargestellt.

Die folgenden Anmerkungen beziehen sich auf die Zahlen in der Abbildung oben:

1. Bei einer konsolidierten Rechnung (CB) ist die Anzahl der Konten oder Rechnungen, die hinzugefügt werden können, auf 15.000 eingeschränkt. Wenn die erste konsolidierte Rechnung (CB US1) 15.000 Rechnungen oder Konten erreicht, sollten alle anstehenden Rechnungen oder Konten CB US2 hinzugefügt werden.

2. Sie können die konsolidierte Abrechnung für Ihr Verwaltungskonto einrichten, indem Sie das Antragsformular für die konsolidierte Abrechnung ausfüllen. Sie benötigen zuerst eine genehmigte Kreditlinie bei Google. Wenn Sie noch keine haben, können Sie über das Kontaktformular für Google eine beantragen.

3. Inaktive Konten (Kündigungen) können in ein anderes Verwaltungskonto verschoben werden. Wenn Sie diese Konten trennen, können Sie das Limit von 15.000 Anzeigen pro Monat einhalten. Wir empfehlen Ihnen vorsorglich, die Budgetanordnung für diese Konten zu entfernen, damit keine Ausgaben mehr getätigt werden können, es sei denn, sie werden manuell reaktiviert.

4. Wenn Ihre Integration es Nutzern ermöglicht, vorhandene Google Ads-Konten zu verwenden, erstellen Sie ein separates Verwaltungskonto für diese. Die konsolidierte Abrechnung sollte nicht für bestehende Konten verwendet werden, da für diese Konten möglicherweise bereits Ausgaben für andere Kampagnentypen anfallen und die direkte Abrechnung wahrscheinlich bereits eingerichtet ist.

Wenn Sie die Abrechnung für Google Ads-Konten von Händlern mithilfe der API einrichten und verwalten möchten, verwenden Sie BillingSetup-Ressourcen, um die kontoweite Abrechnungskonfiguration abzurufen und zu verwalten. Eine Abrechnungseinrichtung ist eine Verknüpfung zwischen einem Zahlungskonto und einem bestimmten Google Ads-Konto. Damit wird festgelegt, wer für das Konto eines Werbetreibenden bezahlt. Kontobudgets verwalten

Mit einem Kontobudget werden Budgeteigenschaften auf Kontoebene definiert, z. B. Start- und Endzeit sowie Ausgabenlimit. Alle Änderungen an Kontobudgets werden durch Einreichen separater Vorschläge für Kontobudgets vorgenommen. Diese werden nach Überprüfung und Genehmigung zu Kontobudgets.
