Uwaga: wszystkie konta połączone na jednej fakturze muszą używać tej samej waluty. Jeśli masz konta z różnymi walutami, za każdą z nich otrzymasz osobną skonsolidowaną fakturę.

Na rysunku poniżej przedstawiono zalecany sposób organizacji kont menedżera Google Ads i kont reklamodawców.

Poniższe uwagi odnoszą się do numerów na powyższym rysunku:

1. Na fakturze skonsolidowanej można dodać maksymalnie 15 tys. kont lub faktur. Jeśli pierwsza płatność skonsolidowana (CB US1) osiągnie 15 tys. faktur lub kont, wszystkie kolejne faktury lub konta należy dodać do CB US2.

2. Płatności skonsolidowane możesz skonfigurować na koncie menedżera, przesyłając formularz wniosku o płatności skonsolidowane. Musisz najpierw mieć zatwierdzoną linię kredytową w Google. Jeśli jeszcze jej nie masz, możesz złożyć wniosek za pomocą formularza kontaktowego Google.

3. Nieaktywne konta (utracone) można przenieść na inne konto menedżera. Oddzielenie tych kont pomoże Ci nie przekroczyć limitu 15 tys. Ze względów ostrożności zalecamy usunięcie zamówienia budżetowego dla tych kont, aby nie mogły one dalej wydawać środków, dopóki nie zostaną ponownie aktywowane ręcznie.

4. Jeśli Twoja integracja umożliwia użytkownikom korzystanie z dotychczasowych kont Google Ads, utwórz dla nich osobne konto menedżera. Rozliczenia skonsolidowane nie powinny być używane w przypadku istniejących kont, ponieważ mogą one już wydawać środki na inne typy kampanii i prawdopodobnie mają już skonfigurowane rozliczenia bezpośrednie.
