يوضّح الشكل التالي طريقة مقترَحة لتنظيم الحسابات الإدارية وحسابات المعلِنين على "إعلانات Google".

تشير الملاحظات التالية إلى الأرقام الواردة في الشكل أعلاه:

  1. يبلغ الحدّ الأقصى لعدد الحسابات أو الفواتير التي يمكن إضافتها إلى فاتورة موحّدة 15,000. إذا بلغت الفاتورة الموحّدة الأولى (CB US1) 15, 000 فاتورة أو حساب، يجب إضافة جميع الفواتير أو الحسابات القادمة إلى الفاتورة الموحّدة الثانية (CB US2).

  2. يمكن إعداد الفوترة الموحّدة لحسابك الإداري من خلال تقديم طلب باستخدام نموذج طلب الفوترة الموحّدة. يجب أولاً الحصول على حد ائتمان معتمد من Google. إذا لم يكن لديك حد ائتمان بعد، يمكنك تقديم طلب للحصول عليه من خلال نموذج التواصل مع Google.

إرشادات فنية

لإعداد الفوترة وإدارتها لحسابات التجّار على "إعلانات Google" باستخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، استخدِم موارد BillingSetup للحصول على إعدادات الفوترة على مستوى الحساب وإدارتها. إعدادات الفوترة هي عملية ربط بين حساب دفع وحساب معيّن على "إعلانات Google". ويحدّد هذا الدور بشكل فعّال الجهة التي تدفع تكاليف حساب المعلِن. اتّبِع تعليمات إعداد الفوترة.

إدارة ميزانيات الحساب

تحدّد ميزانية الحساب خصائص الميزانية على مستوى الحساب، مثل وقت البدء ووقت الانتهاء وحدّ الإنفاق. يتم إجراء جميع التغييرات على ميزانيات الحسابات من خلال إرسال اقتراحات منفصلة لميزانيات الحسابات، والتي تصبح ميزانيات حسابات بعد مراجعتها والموافقة عليها. استخدِم موارد AccountBudgetProposal لإنشاء AccountBudgets جديدة أو تعديل الموارد الحالية.
