The type 'cloud' is a reserved type used by load requests that were

Seconds since beginning of content. If the content is live content, and
currentTime is not specified, the stream will start at the live position.

Application-specific data for this request. It enables the sender and
receiver to easily extend the media protocol without having to use a new
namespace with custom messages.

If provided for a queue command, the SDK will verify the queue latest
sequence number match the request.
