blockRendering.Renderer.makeDrawer_() method

Create a new instance of the renderer's drawer.

Signature:

protected makeDrawer_(block: BlockSvg, info: RenderInfo): Drawer;

info	RenderInfo	An object containing all information needed to render this block.
