4.3.2 Opsi Penagihan Gabungan

Catatan: Semua akun yang berbagi invoice harus menggunakan mata uang yang sama. Jika ada lebih dari satu mata uang di seluruh akun, Anda akan menerima satu invoice gabungan per mata uang.

Gambar berikut menunjukkan cara yang direkomendasikan untuk mengatur akun pengelola Google Ads dan akun pengiklan.

Catatan berikut merujuk pada angka dalam gambar di atas:

1. Tagihan gabungan (CB) memiliki batas 15 ribu untuk jumlah akun atau invoice yang dapat ditambahkan. Jika tagihan gabungan pertama (CB US1) mencapai 15 ribu faktur atau akun, semua faktur atau akun mendatang harus ditambahkan ke CB US2.

2. Penagihan gabungan dapat disiapkan untuk akun pengelola Anda dengan mengajukan permohonan melalui Formulir permohonan penagihan gabungan. Anda harus memiliki batas kredit yang disetujui dengan Google terlebih dahulu; jika belum memilikinya, Anda dapat mengajukan permintaan melalui formulir Hubungi Google.

3. Akun tidak aktif (churn) dapat dipindahkan ke akun pengelola lain. Memisahkan akun ini akan membantu Anda tetap berada dalam batas 15 ribu. 4. Jika integrasi Anda memungkinkan pengguna menggunakan akun Google Ads yang ada, buat akun pengelola terpisah untuk akun tersebut. Penagihan gabungan tidak boleh digunakan untuk akun yang sudah ada, karena akun tersebut mungkin sudah membelanjakan anggaran untuk jenis kampanye lain dan kemungkinan sudah menyiapkan penagihan langsung.

Untuk menyiapkan dan mengelola penagihan akun Google Ads penjual menggunakan API, gunakan resource BillingSetup untuk mendapatkan dan mengelola konfigurasi penagihan seluruh akun. Kelola anggaran akun
