Added parameter product_id_base64_url_encoded to all the requests that
contain a product identifier in the path. This will allow to retrieve and
process products with special characters such as forward slashes in the
identifier.
If the parameter value is set to true, the product id will be decoded by the
Merchant API using the unpadded base64url decoding algorithm. If set to false
or missing, no decoding is applied.
