La API de Merchant admite varios tipos de fuentes de datos y métodos de entrada para proporcionar información relacionada con los productos según las necesidades de tu empresa. Las fuentes de datos pueden contener diferentes tipos de datos:

  • producto
  • inventario
  • promoción
  • review

Puedes configurar fuentes de datos con varios métodos, incluidos los siguientes:

  • Autofeed

Puedes combinar algunos tipos de fuentes de datos que se pueden administrar a través de la sub-API de Data sources (por ejemplo, productos o promociones) con varios métodos de entrada admitidos (API, carga de archivos o recuperación de archivos). Por ejemplo, una fuente de datos de productos principal puede ser cualquiera de las siguientes:

  • Un feed de API
  • un feed de archivos recuperado
  • Un feed de archivos subidos
  • un feed automático

Consideraciones especiales

Ten en cuenta las siguientes consideraciones especiales con algunos tipos de fuentes de datos.

  • Fuentes de datos de solo lectura: Algunos tipos de fuentes de datos son de solo lectura a través de la sub-API de Data sources. Esto significa que puedes enumerarlos y ver sus detalles, pero no puedes crearlos, actualizarlos ni borrarlos con esta API. Estas son algunas de ellas:
    • Fuentes de datos con productos administrados directamente en la IU de Merchant Center (tipo de entrada UI).
    • Feeds automáticos (tipo de entrada AUTOFEED): Si bien los feeds automáticos son de solo lectura en la sub-API de Data sources, puedes habilitar o inhabilitar la función de feeds automáticos para tu cuenta con los métodos autofeedSettings de la sub-API de Accounts. Para obtener más información, consulta la sección Configura los parámetros de configuración de Autofeed.
  • Reglas de feed: La sub-API de Fuentes de datos admite principalmente reglas de feed predeterminadas para vincular fuentes de datos complementarias a fuentes de datos principales. La creación y administración de reglas personalizadas complejas no se admiten directamente en esta API. Puedes administrar el orden de las fuentes de datos complementarias dentro de la regla predeterminada para especificar en qué orden se combinan los atributos de una fuente principal y las fuentes complementarias.

Configura una fuente de datos del inventario local con recuperación de archivos programada

Puedes crear una fuente de datos del inventario local que recupere automáticamente un archivo de una URL especificada según un programa. Para crear una fuente de datos similar para el inventario regional, reemplaza el campo localInventoryDataSource por regionalInventoryDataSource en el cuerpo de la solicitud.

Para crear la fuente de datos, usa el método dataSources.create y proporciona un objeto fileInput con fetchSettings configurado.

Configura los parámetros de Autofeed

Los autofeeds crean automáticamente datos de productos basados en el contenido de tu sitio web. Si bien la fuente de datos de Autofeed en sí es de solo lectura dentro de la sub-API de Data sources, puedes habilitar o inhabilitar la función de Autofeed para tu cuenta con el método autofeedSettings.update de la sub-API de Accounts.
