系統首次播放佇列項目陣列中第一個項目 (相對於串流的開頭) 的初始播放位置。
再次播放同一項目 (例如佇列重複或之後跳至該項目) 時，系統會忽略這個值。在這種情況下，會使用項目的 startTime。
