Unable to update contact information Configure contacts Verify that you use the Gmail account associated with your Actions Center account to add new contacts and grant additional administrator access.
Connection denied Upload your public SSH key Generate a new key.
SFTP time out Upload your public SSH key Failure in file upload due to a sporadic issue. Set up a retry mechanism so that if the file upload fails, a new attempt is made.
Cloud project ID issues Enable Cloud API
  1. Confirm the proper cloud project ID setup in API and our configuration.
  2. Confirm project ID is available in CloudAPI.
Brand ID setup issues Configure your brand The default brand ID isn't editable. To update all other fields of the default brand, click the three dot Brand actions in the Actions Center brand configurations.
