ניהול הכינויים של קורסים

תוכלו להפנות לקורסים בשם אחר באמצעות משאב הכינוי של הקורס. כתובות האימייל החלופיות לקורסים הן מיפוי בין מזהי הקורסים ב-Google Classroom לבין מזהי הקורסים החיצוניים.

בכל פעם שאתם יוצרים קורס ב-SIS או מקשרים קורס ל-SIS, אנחנו ממליצים להשתמש במזהה הקורס של SIS בתור הכינוי של הקורס. בעזרת Classroom API אפשר לעשות זאת ישירות במהלך יצירת הקורס, על ידי ציון הפרמטר id של הקורס בתור כתובת האימייל החלופית. אם כתובת האימייל החלופית כבר קיימת, יצירת הקורס תיכשל ותוצג השגיאה ALREADY_EXISTS (409). אם קיים באג בתוכנית הסנכרון, לא ייווצרו כפילויות של קורסים.

יש שני טעמים לכינויים: ברמת הדומיין וברמת הפרויקט.

• כתובות אימייל חלופיות ברמת הדומיין משתמשות בקידומת של d:, וכל מי שמשתמש ב-Classroom API יכול לראות אותן.
• כתובות אימייל חלופיות ברמת הפרויקט משתמשות בקידומת p:, ורק האפליקציה (פרויקט Developer Console) שיצרה אותן יכולה לראות אותן ולהשתמש בהן.

אפשר להשתמש בכינויים בכל מקום ב-API שמצפה למזהה קורס. כלומר, אחרי שרושמים כתובת אימייל חלופית באמצעות ה-API, אפשר להשתמש בה כדי לקרוא ולשנות את הקורסים ואת המידע על רשימות התלמידים.

מנקודת מבט של סנכרון SIS, המשמעות היא שאפשר לרשום את המזהה הפנימי של SIS של הקורס בתור כינוי ברמת הדומיין של הקורס. כך מפתחים שמשתלבים גם עם SIS וגם עם Classroom יכולים להשתמש במזהה SIS כדי לבצע פעולות עם הנתונים ב-Classroom.

לדוגמה, אם נניח שהשם של מערכת ה-SIS הוא school והמזהה הפנימי של מערכת ה-SIS הוא math_101, תוכלו ליצור כתובת אימייל חלופית בתור d:school_math_101.

הוספת כינוי לקורס חדש

כדי להוסיף כתובת אימייל חלופית לקורס חדש, צריך להגדיר את הדומיין course.id לכתובת האימייל החלופית הרצויה כששולחים את הבקשה ל-courses.create().
