Billing overview

RCS for Business messaging traffic is billable under either the Standard or the US model, depending on the message destination. Under both models, rates are determined by the agent's pre-selected billing category: conversational or non-conversational–and are billable according to the carrier's rate card. Each carrier's rate card determines whether a billable event results in a charge or not.

Standard billing model
