Menu class

A basic menu class.

Constructor	Modifiers	Description
(constructor)()		Constructs a new Menu instance.

Property	Modifiers	Type	Description
openingCoords		Coordinate \| null	Coordinates of the mousedown event that caused this menu to open. Used to prevent the consequent mouseup event due to a simple click from activating a menu item immediately.

Method	Modifiers	Description
dispose()		Dispose of this menu.
render(container)		Creates the menu DOM.
