Créer un système complet d'inscription aux activités hors site. La solution crée un formulaire permettant aux employés d'exprimer leurs préférences d'activité et les met en correspondance avec le planning d'activité.

Comment ça marche ?

À l'aide d'un planning d'activités dans Google Sheets, le script crée un formulaire Google Forms permettant aux employés de sélectionner leurs préférences d'activité. Une fois les réponses reçues, le script met en correspondance les préférences de l'employé avec le calendrier et la capacité de chaque activité. Les correspondances sont fournies dans deux nouvelles feuilles, l'une organisée par employé et l'autre par activité.

Services Apps Script

Cette solution utilise les services suivants:

  • Le service Feuille de calcul contient le calendrier d'activités et les réponses aux formulaires, et attribue des activités aux employés.
  • Service Forms : crée un formulaire permettant aux employés de saisir leurs préférences d'activité.
  • Service Utilitaires : formate les chaînes et les dates.

Prérequis

Pour utiliser cet exemple, vous devez remplir les conditions préalables suivantes:

  • Un compte Google (les comptes Google Workspace peuvent nécessiter l'approbation d'un administrateur)
  • Un navigateur Web avec accès à Internet.

Configurer le script

Cliquez sur le bouton suivant pour créer une copie de l'exemple de feuille de calcul Offsite Activity Sign-up. Le projet Apps Script correspondant à cette solution est joint à la feuille de calcul.

Exécuter le script

  1. Dans la feuille de calcul copiée, cliquez sur Activités > Créer un formulaire. Vous devrez peut-être actualiser la page pour que ce menu personnalisé s'affiche.
  2. Lorsque vous y êtes invité, autorisez le script. Si l'écran de consentement OAuth affiche l'avertissement Cette application n'est pas validée, continuez en sélectionnant Paramètres avancés > Accéder à {Project Name} (non sécurisé).

  3. Cliquez à nouveau sur Activités > Créer un formulaire.

  4. Pour générer des réponses test, cliquez sur Activités > Générer des données de test.

  5. Pour tester le formulaire vous-même, cliquez sur Tools (Outils) > Gérer le formulaire > Go to live form (Accéder au formulaire en ligne).

  6. Remplissez le formulaire, puis envoyez-le.

  7. Dans la feuille de calcul, cliquez sur Activités > Attribuer des activités.

  8. Examinez les deux nouvelles feuilles : Activités par personne et Liste des activités.
