Vous devez activer l'API Notifications à partir de la console GCP. Le champ d'application OAuth ne change pas.

L'API Notifications est accessible via https://mybusinessnotifications.googleapis.com/v1/accounts/{accountId}/notificationSetting et non via https://mybusiness.googleapis.com/v4/accounts/{accountId}/notifications.
