注文追跡シグナルを使用すると、販売者のサイトで完了した注文の過去の注文追跡データを Google に提供できます。これにより、購入者はより正確な配送予定を把握できます。注文追跡シグナルを使用すると、送料無料とエクスプレス配送のアノテーションを使ってリスティングを強化することもできます。

販売者のサイトで完了した注文のデータは送信できます。送信するデータは、Merchant Center アカウントの設定時に指定する配送設定情報と併用されます。たとえば、配送所要日数を 3 ～ 7 日と購入者に提示しているものの、過去の注文履歴から、一部の地域では通常 3 日で注文が届くことが判明した場合、Google はリスティングを更新して、より正確な配送所要日数を購入者に提示できます。

このガイドでは、ordertrackingsignals リソースを使用して過去の注文追跡データを送信する方法について説明します。

前提条件

別のアカウントの注文追跡シグナルを送信するには、アカウントが事前承認されている必要があります。そのためには、そのアカウントのアカウント所有者がリンクされている必要があります。

`ordertrackingsignals` リソースを使用する

ordertrackingsignals リソースには、過去の注文追跡データを送信できる単一の create エンドポイントが含まれています。

リクエストごとに 1 件の注文を送信できます。以下では、このフィールドが必要な理由と、リクエスト本文に追加できる内容について説明します。

注文の詳細（注文日時、配送先の郵便番号、地域コード）、shippingInfo、追跡番号: 実際の処理時間と配送時間を計算できます。
merchant_id と lineItems : Merchant Center アカウントにある商品と注文を照合するために使用されます。
customerShippingFee: 購入者に請求される送料。
