Biography
Ranjini is currently a Sr. Facilitator with FocusU a training and experiential learning & development firm. With a certification in Design Thinking from the University of Virginia, she is also an expert in delivering trainings for high profile corporate clients. Previously, she was a Digital Strategy Consultant for over 15 years at IBM in India. Over the course of her long career, she has developed several digital marketing strategies and has driven several digital influencer programs. Additionally, she has worked in website program management, content strategy, business development, web sales and customer service. Similarly, Ranjini is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Level 1) Practitioner and a ATA Certified TA101 practitioner.She has also experience in mentoring over 3 Cohorts of Google Launchpad startups
